Kilcarra Wool Cardigan, Midnight Tweed

The Kilcarra Cardigan is made in Italy from Irish milled heavyweight Kilcarra Donegal tweed wool, balancing natural insulation with exceptional durability. The wool regulates temperature, breathes naturally, and develops a softer hand with continued wear. Designed with a relaxed silhouette and subtly tailored fit, it features a shawl collar, a full-length silver zipper for versatile layering, a custom corozo button closure, reinforced elbow patches, and hand pockets at the waist. A custom woven label is also placed at the shoulder which functions as integrated eyewear storage, by sliding the temple through to secure the frames.

Spun in Ireland by Donegal Yarns, Kilcarra Tweed is celebrated for its distinctive homespun character. The yarn is created by blending dyed fibers before spinning, producing the signature multicolored flecks that give Donegal tweed its depth and texture. After washing, the wool blooms to reveal an even softer, richer finish while retaining its rugged performance.
