Shipping
All orders are shipped from our Los Angeles office. District Vision offers free ground shipping on all orders over $300 to the contiguous 48 states. Please note that you must select free shipping at checkout when your order qualifies to receive this offer.

Kindly note there is a 2-4 business day window to dispatch all orders and that delivery to destinations in Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and some rural destinations may take up to 5-7 business days from the time of dispatch.

All orders are shipped with UPS and require a signature upon delivery. UPS usually operates between 9am—6pm on business days.

Please note that UPS cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

International Orders (Taxes and duties)
Orders outside the USA that involve international shipments are shipped on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, meaning all import taxes and duties ARE included in the final price at checkout. Hence, your order will NOT be subject to any additional charges relating to the import taxes of your specific country at customs. Please refer to the zone breakdown below for international pricing.

Our carrier is currently unable to deliver to Russia. We apologize for the inconvenience and are monitoring the situation.

Important information
All orders are fully traceable via the tracking link sent to you in the shipping confirmation email from us. Delivery times are provided as guidelines only, and do not take into account possible delays caused by payment authorization and/or stock availability. We are unable to deliver to post office (PO) boxes, APO or FPO addresses.

First-Time Order Policy
For security purposes, District Vision reserves the right to ship first-time orders to the cardholder’s verified billing address or work address. To avoid delays in receiving your order, please make sure to provide the correct billing and shipping information associated with your credit/debit card when placing an order. We recommend entering a shipping address where someone will be present to sign for and accept the order to ensure a smooth delivery.

Insurance
District Vision insures each purchase during time in transit until it is delivered to you. All orders require signature upon delivery, at which point responsibility for the shipment passes to you. If you have specified a recipient other than yourself for delivery purposes, you also accept that signature by the third party is sufficient proof of delivery and fulfilment by District Vision.
