Koharu Eclipse is a six base frame construction defining a new approach to unisex sports eyewear. The ergonomic form is engineered to aid ventilation and enhance the field of vision. The 125mm temples are architected for helmet use. Adjustable nose pads and temple tips ensure a secure, personalized fit, reinforced with a grade 2 titanium core in the temple tips for added strength. Our signature D+ therapeutic-grade lenses are crafted from a shatterproof polycarbonate compound. The interior surfaces feature anti-reflective and oleophobic coatings, providing comprehensive eye protection while repelling water and oil. Our D+ Photochromic lenses are rated CAT0-3 and transition from clear to grey in response to UV exposure. In direct sunlight, they reach approximately 20% visible light transmittance within 30 seconds and 15% within 60 seconds. Because the lenses are activated by UV light, they will not darken behind most car windshields or windows, which filter the majority of UV radiation.
