Mindfulness is the process of discovering our own mind by training our awareness. It’s a skill, rooted in Buddhism, that lies at the heart of everything we do at District Vision: the way we work together and design product, the way we run and, ultimately, the way we contemplate our existence as human beings. While we don’t pretend we have all the answers, we have been sharing this wisdom with a growing community of athletes and active souls. These downloadable courses are a great place to start if you’re completely new to meditation or if you’re looking for a new approach.
